Note: Shoes with scuffed soles or visible creases from wear will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Size Exchanges
We understand that finding the perfect fit can be tricky.

If the shoes do not fit, you can request a size exchange.

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us for a size exchange.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong shoe/size from what you ordered:
